| 販売価格 / Price | Club plan: £99 a month for up to five matches, or £790 for the rest of the season, paid once. Prices exclude VAT; business customers in the UK and the EU account for VAT under the reverse charge. The free pilot (three matches) costs nothing. |
| 商品代金以外の必要料金 / Other charges | None from us. Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee. |
| 支払方法 / Payment | Credit or debit card, through Stripe. |
| 支払時期 / When you pay | Monthly plan: at sign-up, then on the same day each month until cancelled. Season plan: once, at purchase. |
| 役務の提供時期 / When the service starts | A club's private account is set up after the first payment or the pilot request; each match is analysed and ready by the evening after it is uploaded. |
| 返品・キャンセル / Cancellation and refunds | Cancel the monthly plan at any time in the billing portal or by email; it stops renewing and runs to the end of the month paid for. If we could not deliver an analysis you paid for because of a fault on our side, ask within 14 days and we refund that month, or the unused part of a season plan. See the terms. |
